Resolution of the Board of Directors of KazPetroDrilling JSC dated 12th March 2021

Based on the Minutes dated 10.01.2020 the Board of Directors made a decision to approve the resolution of KAZBURINVEST LLP’s sole participant, related to the bank guarantee.
