KazPetroDrilling, Kazakh-British Technical University and Baker Hughes opened a corporate training centre in Atyrau as part of joint cooperation. The opening ceremony was held today, 4th March. The Training Centre will provide corporate training, mandatory training courses, technical training, business seminars and familiarisation practices.
The Centre is equipped with the state-of-the-art lecture halls for rotary well drilling management courses in line with the IWCF standard and two classrooms. The IWCF certification seminars are arranged using a Drilling System DrillSim-20 drilling simulator and a full-scale DrillSim-5000 drilling simulator. In 2019-2020, a total of 9 Baker Hughes training courses are planned with attendance by 125 Holding employees.
