In Atyrau, General Director of MHINDUSTRY, Eduard Sagytzhanovich Rakhimov, and Manager of PARKER DRILLING KAZAKHSTAN BV, Steve Grainger, signed an agreement to establish a joint venture – ParkerPetroDrilling. Representatives of the oil service companies from all areas in Kazakhstan took part in the ceremony in addition to the company management. The joint venture will make positive impact on the improved professionalism of Kazakhstan specialists and provide further breakthrough for technological development in the field as well as improve social and economic situation in the western region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
